I am a highly experienced Commercial Lawyer, and provide commercially-focussed advice in relation to the following:\\\\n- trading agreements, such as contracts for the sale and supply of goods, including agency and distribution agreements;\\\\n- complex outsourcing arrangements and other long term contracts for the supply of services, with particular experience in the fields of logistics, business processes, and customer communications;\\\\n- joint ventures, in sectors ranging from engineering to property development. I also have extensive experience of joint ventures with an international dimension;\\\\n- partnership and LLP matters;\\\\n- company law, including shareholder disputes.\\\\n\\\\nI also have significant experience of acting for GPs and clients in the dental sector, and am the chair of the legal group within the National Association of Specialist Dental Accountants and Lawyers (NASDAL).\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
