I\'m an executive level, finance & supply chain professional, with a strong \"operational bent\". My talent is working with an organization to understand the business, getting or creating data for decision making, and designing custom strategies to make step-change improvements, and then STAYING to drive on-the-ground implementation. I relish leading large organizations, putting together high-caliber teams, and empowering people to do things they did not know they could do. I am known as an executive with strong business acumen, that is willing to take risks, builds solid plans, and is persistent in driving for results, especially when the \"going gets tough\".
