I work with boards, investors and senior leadership teams to appoint and support leaders who drive long-term performance. With over 24 years’ experience in executive recruitment and more than 18 years in leadership and coaching, I bring a joined-up perspective to senior hiring decisions - particularly where judgement, context and long-term impact matter. My work focuses on three closely connected areas: • Executive Recruitment: Leading senior finance and operations hiring assignments, appointing Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, Finance Directors, CFOs and COOs. I work closely with founder-led and PE-backed businesses, where the quality of leadership appointments has a direct impact on performance and value creation. • Leadership & Executive Coaching: As an IECL-certified organisational coach and Maxwell Leadership-certified coach, speaker and trainer, I support senior leaders through transition, complexity and increased responsibility. • Talent & Leadership Advisory: Advising organisations on leadership capability, succession and people strategy to strengthen teams and support sustainable growth. My career has been deliberately broad. I have worked in management consulting and executive recruitment, supported fast-growth scale-ups through to global corporates, and operated extensively across the UK, Europe and Asia. This breadth gives me a grounded understanding of how leaders operate under pressure and how organisations respond to change. I am currently completing CIPD Level 7 to further deepen my expertise in people strategy and organisational effectiveness. I work with organisations when leadership decisions matter — whether appointing critical hires, strengthening the senior team, or supporting leaders through transition.
