Hi, I’m Damian.I work with creative agency founders who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just completely knackered.I’ve spent over 25 years running agencies and working hands-on in UX, digital design, and customer research. I’ve seen how messy operations, unclear positioning, and poor user experiences quietly drain energy, confidence, and growth.The same few challenges come up again and again- Holding too much in your head, which makes decisions harder and adds constant stress- Everything depending on you, so there’s no space to think, let alone lead- Knowing your processes, delivery, or UX need work, but never having time to step back and fix them properly- A sales pipeline that is always a bit fragile, and a message that does not quite landI founded and grew two agencies, burned out, and eventually exited. I know what this feels like from the inside.These days, I work alongside founders to make their business feel lighter and clearer again. Sometimes that is 1-to-1 support and decision making. Other times it means getting into the detail, untangling operations, sharpening positioning, or improving UX and digital journeys so the business works better for clients and for the team.I am not here to sell you an expensive programme or promise unrealistic growth.
