I am an education leader grounded in direct practice and systems thinking, building strong educators, aligned partnerships, and durable structures that expand opportunity.Across 17 years in classrooms, school leadership, and cross-sector initiatives in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Georgia, and now Washington, I have strengthened school culture, redesigned discipline systems, coached educators toward measurable growth, and contributed to regional efforts serving more than students. My throughline is simple: turn complexity into coordinated action that strengthens opportunity.Today, as a Director of Leadership Development in the Seattle metro region, I work across levels, translating systems strategy into classroom practice. I partner directly with educators and principals to strengthen instruction and learning conditions, design adult learning experiences, conduct classroom observations, and use instructional, culture, and student experience data to guide targeted coaching. The educators I support have exceeded enterprise benchmarks on belonging, trust, and program value, while improving classroom environments that shape students’ engagement, academic confidence, and performance.I earned my bachelor’s degree from Brown University and my master’s degree from University of Pennsylvania. As a TRIO/Upward Bound alumnus and first-generation college graduate, I remain committed to building education systems worthy of the students and communities they serve.
