I have spent three decades in the mortgage industry because I believe in something simple and rare. The truth matters. Integrity matters. The people you serve matter. My goal on this platform is not to attract recruiters or job opportunities. My purpose is to build a brand that supports my content, reflects my experience, and shows Mortgage Loan Officers that they have a partner who stands with them through every Non QM challenge.My approach is built on honesty and straight talk. In this business there are many who say yes without knowing how to deliver. I have never subscribed to that mentality. When I say a deal can be done it is because I have examined it from every angle and understand the path forward. I combine the insight of a mountain man who has lived through every season of this industry with the discipline of someone who has coached brokers and guided borrowers through some of the toughest lending environments.My background spans originations, management, wholesale leadership, and specialized Non QM experience. I have worked the loan file, led teams, supported brokers across multiple states, and built long standing relationships grounded in trust. These years allow me to bring clarity where others bring confusion and structure where others bring uncertainty. My goal is to give Mortgage Loan Officers the confidence to compete, win, and grow with a partner who treats their success as a shared mission.Today at 5th St Capital, I blend personal service with intelligent technology to help brokers close challenging stories with speed and precision. I focus on thoughtful guidance, consistent communication, and solutions that make sense for real borrowers in real markets. My brand reflects who I am. Authentic. Direct.
