Over the years I have developed the great ability to cope with being thrown in at the deep end. Through necessity, I am proud to say that I have developed the ability to work with what I have been given, stand firm, learn, adapt,overcome and deliver in very challenging environments.I have worked in a number of cultural environments both in Australia and the Middle East and Asia/Pacific regions with other Fire/ Emergency agencies and private companies and enjoy the challenge that this brings.I enjoy preparing and presenting concepts to all levels of the public safety workforce, corporate management and the public.I have a great passion for passing on knowledge and I have learnt that training is more than passing on information, but it is also the selling of an idea or concept. This has helped me on my move from a government position into the private sector and has provided me a very solid background to succeed in making this change.
