Founder and Managing Director at Big Motive, an award-winning service design and innovation studio with offices in Belfast and Dublin. Throughout my career, I have advised a wide range of businesses, startups and local government teams – advocating design as a methodology that underpins service transformation and positive change for users, consumers and citizens.At Big Motive, we create digital product and service experiences that solve business problems while addressing the needs of users, audiences, patients and customers. We work with our clients to create products that users really need and help ambitious teams deliver innovation at scale.We also help new and established businesses in their pursuit of innovation.
