I thrive off helping people realize their true potential and have a personal \"stretch\" goal of helping save animals in my lifetime As an appraiser and consultant, my primary objective is minimizing risk while instilling connection/trust by collaborating with companies aiming to understand how real estate can create a better tomorrow. I\'m also an active member of the yoga and learning & development communities, helping ignite peoples\' passions, assisting individuals instill aggressive empathy, encouraging individuals to leave a unique mark on the world and welcoming the \"Namaslay\"/white glove service mentality-I specialize in real estate and development advisory services, including asset and market due diligence, risk identification, valuation, market research and feasibility study projects, for a diverse set of clients (e.g, REITs, PE firms, H-N-W individuals, developers, operators, universities and financial institutions)I\'ve provided real estate valuation services – including projects for strategic, tax, lending and financial reporting purposes – for assets located throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australia I\'ve valued and reviewed real estate and debt valuations for various asset types including life sciences, grocery, manufactured housing, RV parks, ground leases, single-family residences, multifamily, data centers, land development, industrial, office, hospitality and retailPrior to EY, I was a Senior Valuation Associate within the Multi-Housing Valuation practice for the CBRE Los Angeles office providing significant assistance in the preparation of a wide variety of multifamily residential appraisals including: existing, proposed, mixed-use, value-add, affordable/low income, low income housing tax credit (LIHTC), historic, Mills Act, student-oriented, and senior housing properties. Project sizes ranged from private client/small balance loan (SBL) assets to institutional-level assets, located throughout Southern California. Additionally, I assisted in a County Assessor tax appeal hearing involving 100+ multifamily properties for a private investor in CaliforniaI graduated from the University of Southern California with an undergraduate degree in Architecture, minors in Business and Real Estate Development, and a graduate degree in finance from the Marshall School of Business. I currently hold a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in California/Connecticut and bring a unique perspective to the team as a first-generation Polish American, Chicago native, amateur snowboard racer and licensed yogi
