Project sizes ranged from private client/small balance loan (SBL) assets to institutional-level assets, located throughout Southern California. Additionally, I assisted in a County Assessor tax appeal hearing involving 100+ multifamily properties for a private investor in CaliforniaI graduated from the University of Southern California with an undergraduate degree in Architecture, minors in Business and Real Estate Development, and a graduate degree in finance from the Marshall School of Business. I currently hold a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in California/Connecticut and bring a unique perspective to the team as a first-generation Polish American, Chicago native, amateur snowboard racer and licensed yogi
