With more than 38 years leading scores of multi-million-dollar design/build projects, Damian guides the construction team at all levels to assure a smooth evolution from concept to completion for our projects and customers. Damian likes to understand how clients use their buildings, to provide the high level of customization that gets the best results and earns the confidence of our clients to work with him and RSDC, again and again.Outside the office, Damian interacts with business leaders, contractors, and vendors in many industries to develop and maintain relationships in the region. On the weekends he enjoys spending time with family and friends doing woodworking, hiking, and riding motorcycle.
