I have spent over 22 years building, scaling, and improving businesses, with a particular focus on waste management, recycling, and sustainability. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to found and lead multiple companies, working across industries to develop solutions that drive efficiency, compliance, and innovation.As CEO of AnyWaste Global, I focus on using technology to improve waste tracking, recycling, and producer responsibility on a global scale. Previously, I led Fenix Battery Recycling, working to develop sustainable solutions for battery and recycling. My work has always centred around finding practical, scalable ways to reduce waste and improve resource management.I have also worked as a consultant and advisor, supporting businesses across Europe and the USA in areas such as remote leadership, change management, and project development.Beyond business, my background includes humanitarian and security work. I have worked in refugee camps in Northern France, been involved in anti-trafficking operations to recover abducted children globally, and served 18.5 years in search and rescue with HM Coastguard in Cornwall.
