ABOUT DAMIAN KENDRICK
After serving 10 years in the U.S. Army working in telecommunications and building cross-cultural partnerships from Croatia to Thailand, I discovered a dual calling: cultivating transformation in both people and systems.I am currently a Doctor of Theology student with the Kairos University Network and a Fellow with the Northwind Theological Consortia. My research explores Xenotology, a theology of the outsider in Luke and Acts, and its implications for evangelism, mission, and public life.My journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry from Boise Bible College and a Master of Arts in Missional Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University. Together, these experiences continue to shape my approach to faith, leadership, and social engagement.Alongside my academic work, I serve in the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church as both a local pastor and Regional Director of Christian Education. My ministry is rooted in missiology, spiritual formation, and social inclusion, helping faith communities rediscover their calling to embody hospitality, justice, and renewal in a changing world.My current work includes developing written and digital resources that translate academic theology into accessible frameworks for the modern church. I also mentor emerging leaders and teach on theology, mission, and spiritual formation, helping others connect faith with everyday life.I welcome opportunities to connect with fellow leaders, scholars, and changemakers who share a passion for renewal, justice, and transformative community.
