   As Board member of Desert Arc (5 years as Board President), a leading nonprofit serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities, I have proudly led initiatives to expand the organization’s visibility, impact, and revenue. With a deep personal connection to the mission—as a parent of a child with special needs—I and my company- The Management Trust have worked passionately to create inclusive opportunities for our clients. Our efforts helped generate over in top-line revenue annually by establishing employment placements within local homeowners associations, supporting Desert Arc’s janitorial, landscaping, enclave, recycling, and shredding departments. This work not only drove financial growth but also empowered dozens of individuals with meaningful jobs, increased independence, and community integration. It is a privilege to serve this exceptional organization and advocate for the inclusion and dignity of people with neurodivergent abilities.
