Some memorable creator matters handled:__hard rock artist Avenged Sevenfold\'s California \"7-year Statue\" litigation process co-handled with boss, corporate counsel, and outside litigation counsel from inception to formal legal settlement agreement;__urban artist Rick Ross\' Maybach Music Group label deal and concurrent separate Rick Ross merchandise deal; and __alt rock artist Kid Rock\'s custom crafted merchandising deal. Also having to interact with the Federal Election Commission after Rock announced he was running for a Michigan Federal Senate seat, Warner released t-shirts with slogans such as \"Kid Rock for Senate\"(which Rock directed/approved), and the FEC intervened due to an outside advocacy group\'s assertion that Rock hadn\'t filed the proper paperwork to run (Rock said he was just joking and never meant to run). In short - effectively worked in the entertainment industry (many years as attorney) AND outside of it (e.g, real estate), demonstrating resourcefulness, well-roundedness, aptitude for various project scopes, connectedness with a diversity of people, and longevity.
