I joined Aya Healthcare in the Spring of 2024 to continue my recruiting career within the locum tenens staffing industry. I work with all medical specialties while managing a fluid and diverse database in a remote setting. I\'m able to utilize countless resources here on a daily basis that help with recruiting, sourcing, contract negotiation, and relationship management. In the Fall season of 2024, a handful of recruiting consultants, including myself, were called upon to focus on building out Aya\'s dentistry staffing team. I\'m thrilled to be working in my number one wheelhouse again and have had considerable success thus far.
