For more than 22+ years, I’ve been building my career in the hospitality world — hotels, theatres, retail, and everywhere in between. If there’s a common thread through all those experiences, it’s this: I love creating spaces where people feel welcomed, valued, and taken care of.I started in hotels, learning quickly that hospitality isn’t just about a room or a ticket — it’s about the feeling guests leave with. Over the years, I carried that mindset into larger teams, bigger operations, and eventually into full-scale leadership roles. Whether I was managing multimillion-dollar budgets, leading 40+ associates through a busy weekend, or sitting one-on-one with a new hire, the goal has always been the same: combine operational excellence with a human touch.Along the way, I’ve:Turned underperforming operations into growth stories.Built onboarding programs that became the model for multiple locations.Promoted team members into leadership roles — nothing’s more rewarding than watching people you’ve coached succeed.Balanced the business side (P&L, cost reduction, efficiency) with the people side (culture, engagement, guest-first service).I don’t just believe in running an operation — I believe in growing one.
