Spearheaded Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) backups on multiple devices at 10 locations increasing the accuracy and efficiency of information dissemination as well as employee productivity and patient satisfaction. Over 2.5 years of experience facilitating the training and onboarding process of new hires as well as mentoring and coaching less experienced staff members. Consulted with customers, facility managers, and support teams to identify technical needs unique to each facility as well as company-wide needs. Collaborated with stakeholders to develop and implement practical and secure solutions that address their immediate needs and will be able to adapt to long term vision of the company.
