As a Digital Account Manager at FedEx Services, I have over six years of experience in employee relations, recruiting, B2B sales consulting, and logistics and supply chain management. I have a Master of Public Administration degree with a focus on human resources, and I am passionate about mission-driven work while cultivating and managing relationships with diverse clients and employees.In my current role, I recruit and retain new business while growing revenue by identifying and researching potential clients, coordinating and collaborating with internal teams, and providing a seamless and outstanding customer experience.
