I’m an emerging HR professional currently working as an HR Business Partner at Pamac Finserve Pvt. Ltd, while pursuing my MBA in Human Resource Management. With around one year of hands-on experience in the HR domain, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of human resources at organizations like Nexus Lifecare and Salesera.In my current role, I ensure smooth execution of exit interviews and separation processes, prepare and analyze HR reports, support employee onboarding through inductions, assist in organizing training sessions, drive employee engagement initiatives, create internal communication materials, and address employee concerns. I also coordinate with HR SPOCs across different locations and work closely with teams to plan and execute internal events.I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in HR Management from Guru Nanak College. My background in teaching has strengthened my communication skills and deepened my interest in learning and development. I’m passionate about creating positive employee experiences and supporting HR strategies that align with business goals.
