I am an Education Specialist at UNICEF and a PhD candidate in Education Policy, Research, and Administration at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with over 20 years of experience in international development and education. My mission is to design and implement evidence-based and innovative solutions that improve learning outcomes, especially for the most marginalized and vulnerable children, in low- and middle-income countries. I have extensive expertise in early grade reading (EGR), public-private partnerships, education finance, and digital skills development, as well as strong analytical, communication, and report writing skills.
