ABOUT DALYA SOOND ROSNER
Science is most powerful when it moves: from idea to experiment, from data to decision, from discovery to the clinic. That\'s the work I\'ve built a career around.I\'m a PhD immunologist and PMP-certified program manager with 9 years leading cross-functional biotech teams through the full R&D lifecycle from target identification through IND-enabling studies in cancer immunotherapy, inflammation, neurodegeneration and beyond. My focus has been antibody therapeutics, where I\'ve driven programs that sit at the intersection of deep science and disciplined execution. What makes my background unusual is the range: I think like a scientist straddling immunology and neurology, operate like a program manager, and I can translate fluently between the two. I\'ve unified executives, researchers, and external partners around complex, high-stakes programs.More recently, I\'ve expanded into consulting and AI space. I consult on research strategy and scientific communication for biotech clients and I training scientific reasoning agents at a leading LLM company. I\'m genuinely excited about what happens when rigorous biology meets cutting-edge AI — and I\'m building at that intersection.I\'m open to opportunities in:R&D leadership (immunology, oncology, neurodegeneration)Scientific AI / AI-enabled drug discoveryStrategic consulting & advisoryIf you\'re building something ambitious in biotech or scientific AI, I\'d love to connect.
