Appointed in 2023 as Operations Director for Kenvue India, Ahmed has been with Johnson & Johnson & now Kenvue for about 16 years. Ahmed is an Engineer and holds a Post-Graduation in Industrial Engineering from NITIE - Gold Medalist. He also received Green Belt Certification in LEAN and trained on Six Sigma and FPX methodologies.Having joined Johnson & Johnson in 2007 as Management Trainee, Ahmed moved across various roles gaining end‐to‐end Supply Chain experience across Different Geographies.• Demand planning - Worked with Sales & Marketing functions representing supply chain to co-ordinate SAM & Pre-SOP meetings, System improvements.• Strategic Sourcing - Integration of 70+ Suppliers of Pfizer OTC Liquids, Costing, Negotiations and Benchmarking, Lean project for Make v/s Buy decisions on C&C franchise• Contract Manufacturing - GMP site upgrade for Liquid & Powder manufacturing facility, product localization, LCO line setup, Sanpro India network modeling, Shortest time NPD delivery award.• Production - Improving line and people efficiencies through various Kaizen, Capability building programs and Changeover reduction projects.• Project Management - Project Horizon Leader – Baddi Liquid plant brown field expansion, Capacity expansion of Sanpro facility, Sanpro CIP and Process Improvement leader.• Value Stream Leader - End‐to‐end accountability for India Sanpro Value Stream.
