Valuation and consulting for any property type with a focus on in eminent domain work. Some of my most memorable work has included- Gas well proximity damage studies for the City of Arlington and the Town of Flower Mound to gauge the effects on residential property- Enhancement studies to determine the value impact of new road construction- Tree loss studies to determine the change in value from clear-cutting- The impact of Transmission Lines on duck hunting- Compressor Station damage studies in an urban environment- Study on the loss of parking at a regional mall. I have provided services for jury trials, commissioners\' hearings, City Council hearings, gifting valuation for tax deductions, quick sale analysis for REO property, and insurable valuation. I have experience in office, retail, industrial, residential and raw land properties, among others.Specialties: My appraisal activities involve right-of-way/eminent domain appraisal and testimony, work for lending institutions, estates, municipalities, private individuals and state and local authorities. I also perform market studies and damage studies. I am a certified instructor for the International Right of Way Association where I teach classes pertaining to the valuation of partial acquisitions.
