ABOUT DALTON SSEKIMULI

I am a result-driven professional with over six years of experience in project and engineering management. My expertise includes designing residential spaces, conducting on-site inspections, and managing projects from initiation to completion while reducing costs through effective cost management and valuation techniques. My technical skills include project management, data analysis, accounting, conflict resolution, risk management, brand management, sustainability, quality management, and cost management.Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Global Management from Arizona State University\'s Thunderbird School of Global Management, and I hold a Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Makerere University.Previously, I served as a Construction Manager at Dlevis General Investments LLC, where I ensured strict compliance with legal standards for works, and was responsible for project cost management, and project risk management.Additionally, I served as a Clerk of Works at Kalangala District Local Government, where I conducted daily inspections of government construction projects to track progress and ensure timely completion. I acted as a liaison between the contractor, clients, and architect to maintain professional relationships, increasing job satisfaction. As a Civil Engineer Subcontractor I designed and led the construction of over 100 residential buildings, providing housing to over 75 families and reducing the number of unhoused individuals. I supervised the renovation of dilapidated structures in slum areas, providing slum-dwelling families with hygienic and safe homes.
