I believe these tools are the basis for creating a strong continuous improvement culture- I am a strong proponent for using goals and metrics to guide an organization. Utilizing visible Goals and Metrics to establish business operating plans and then monitoring both individual and team performance ensures organizational success. This is critical to developing best practices across an organization and developing the best people that share a passion for improvement and excellence- My experience as VP & General Manager at MAG/Giddings & Lewis, Director of International Manufacturing, Director of New Product Development and Director of Out Sourcing at Manitowoc Cranes has helped prepare me for a variety of Senior leadership roles- My international experience includes extensive work with customers, vendors, Joint Venture partners, production workers, sales personnel and engineers around the world to include Germany, Italy, France, Romania, Slovakia, China, India, Korea, Vietnam, Brazil, Mexico, US and Canada.
