ABOUT DALTON KEALEY
Driven by a deep commitment to improving the lives of LGBTIQA+ young people, I bring a wealth of experience in legal assistance, office management, and youth work to my role as an LGBTIQA+ Specialist Youth Worker and Programs Lead at FAN. My work centres on creating safe, inclusive environments where young people can thrive, feel empowered, and achieve their potential. With a focus on holistic case management and community engagement, I leverage my diverse skill set to advocate for the rights of marginalised youth, bridging service gaps through targeted program development and grant acquisition. I am particularly passionate about fostering strong community connections and implementing initiatives that make a tangible difference in the lives of those I serve.
