Leading the Services Platform and Additive (i.e. 3D Printing) Platform in GRC-Shanghai. • On Services, shaped a Services 2020 growth strategy and plan for GRC-Shanghai, managed the remanufacturing program as the focal point for GE Power and GE Aviation; and led the coating repair and additive repair projects. • On Additive Manufacturing (AM), developed a DED technology growth strategy and plan for (1) high rate AM of large structure parts and (2) AM\'ed metallic builds with forged properties. Led the team and demonstrated the feasibility of a hybrid manufacturing technology, which will enable many GE applications (e.g. blisk repair for Aviation). Proposed a 3D-Printing Enabled Precision Care research program to China government by teaming with GE Healthcare and a GE customer in China, including customerized Aorta study.
