I coordinated with vendors to complete software and firmware upgrades & maintained tracking systems to monitor KPIs and overall project progress.I responded to SOC alerts from the SIEM provider, quickly securing compromised accounts & preventing escalation. I also delivered security awareness training to affected users, reducing repeat incidents & strengthening the organization’s cybersecurity posture.I produced detailed reports to support business decision-making & regularly presented IT updates, project statuses, & strategic plans to managers & directors across multiple site delegations. These efforts improved cross-department collaboration & guided targeted service enhancements for each location.
