   I’m the founder of HireSteady, a hiring operations platform built to make hiring clearer, faster, and more human.After experiencing hiring from both sides — as a candidate and as someone responsible for building teams — I saw how broken and inefficient the process has become. Great candidates get filtered out, hiring teams lose weeks to disorganized workflows, and decisions are harder than they should be.I started HireSteady to fix that.I work with growing teams to run the hiring process end-to-end, from sourcing and resume review to interviews and candidate communication.
