Arch Inc. provides comprehensive services including space planning, floors, walls and ceiling material selection, built-in cabinetry layout, tile and carpet pattern design, cost estimating, bidding and construction administration are included in our standard architectural fees. ABOUT DALLAS WILLMAN
1| Create final sketch of proposed drawings: checking dimensions of parts, materials to be used, relations of one material to another, and relation of various materials to whole interiors of project 2| Establish, develop, design, manage and/or assist with interior and architectural project analysis, programs, space planning, layouts, drafting, code compliance and/or specifications 3| Utilizes knowledge of various design software, architectural and design practices, mathematics, building materials, and other physical sciences to complete drawings 4| Prepare interior design material pallet boards to be presented to clients as needed 5| Make any adjustments or changes necessary or desired to convey design intent to design team and/or clients 6| Prepare interior program requirements for client presentations 7| Uses computer assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and modeling software to develop drawings to the finished design 8| Run a minimum of 1-2 projects of various stages of work 9| Using knowledge of construction procedures, make site visits and draft reports following visits 10| Check sets of drawings and provide feedback to personnel 11| Detail most interior build-out types, prepare scale drawings and contract documents for building contractors 12| Represent firm and client in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts 13| Prepare studies and reports for any given project 14| Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents
