About Daljeet Kukreja
As leader of developer experience and GenAI organization I own the strategy & execution of several products with a globally distributed team of product, engineering and UX design associates serving the customer base of 30K Global Tech associates. More recently, I am focused on providing single-threaded executive leadership for implementing GenAI use cases with home-grown and vendor products to accelerate developer productivity and everyday engineering excellence and portfolio collaboration initiatives. Prior to Walmart, I was a director of engineering at Compass, a technology startup, where I scaled the engineering organization from 10 to 50 engineers in 6 months, delivering identity solutions, agent experience and design systems. Before Compass, I led teams delivering Hotels products at Priceline while transforming the team culture to bring performance and accessibility of web and mobile application at the fore front of development cycles.I started my career as software engineer at IBM where I was part of several different groups across geographies over a period of 13 years. I led teams as a senior application architect with innovation and research team, delivering multiple products for ibm dot com, accessibility compliance and APIs that later became part of IBM Watson.
