Above the Service Floor the typical floors contains 28 guest rooms on @ floor and sixth floor has a club Launge and a large terrace for proposed open to sky food outlet!* Presently involved with another Hotel Complex project under construction, which contains a OFFICE TOWER also spread in to 17 floors, as built up area of Hotel & retail Block is 256700 SFT & built up area of OFFICE TOWER is 198895.
