My role involved analyzing business requirements and optimizing financial processes for integration into the new system. In Italy, I designed and implemented a critical interface using Azure Logic App for seamless electronic invoice transmission to the SDI via intermediary software. I also oversaw the go-live phase, providing on-site support at the Düsseldorf headquarters to ensure a smooth transition. I coordinated analysis and design activities with a local partner, ensuring seamless incorporation of requirements into the solution. Additionally, I managed the initial phase of data migration, overseeing the process to guarantee a smooth and accurate data transfer.
