ABOUT DALIA EZZAT

I\'m a senior strategic communications leader who builds communications infrastructure for organizations operating in high-stakes, contested, and increasingly AI-adjacent environments—where policy, technology, risk, and public trust intersect.For more than 12 years, I\'ve worked at moments of inflection: launch, scale, crisis, and narrative reset. I come into organizations where communications cannot function as messaging alone—it must operate as decision support, risk management, and durable systems-building.What differentiates me is the combination of three domains that rarely live in one role. I lead executive-level communications and external affairs. I build operational systems—teams, protocols, and frameworks—from scratch. And I bring deep, hands-on AI fluency across deployment, governance, and risk, applying that capability directly to communications work.I work with AI tools and systems in practice, not theory—designing workflows, evaluating outputs, and building governance-aligned messaging and response infrastructure. That allows me to help technical and policy leaders communicate clearly in the face of uncertainty without oversimplifying risk or overstating certainty.I\'ve led communications in politically sensitive environments across multiple continents, advised executive leadership under scrutiny, designed crisis response frameworks, and translated complex policy and technology for governments, media, funders, platforms, and the public.I\'m currently focused on senior leadership roles in strategic communications, AI communications, and policy or external affairs—particularly in environments where judgment, credibility, and systems matter more than noise.
