I have had the privilege of spending my entire professional career thus far with one of the largest privately held companies in the US- Koch Industries! I began my career with Koch Pipeline Company as an HR Co-op while completing my bachelor’s degree from Wichita State University. Upon graduation, I transitioned into a full-time Recruiter position where I had the opportunity to support various Koch Companies and varying levels of the organization over the course of the next 7 years. I have spent the last two years continuously learning and growing from the challenging opportunities I face on a day-to-day basis in my current role as HR Leader with Flint Hills Resources where I support our IT, Procurement, Credit/Risk/Treasury corporate capability functions.
