Who am I: I am a straightforward and straight-talking communicator and motivator with a proven ability to process issues and remain calm in difficult or challenging circumstances. I am also adept at reducing complex situations to crisp and clear processes. My ability to see patterns and solutions that emerge from engaging the perspectives of others has been fine tuned from 25 years experience in peer group environments.
