About Dale Struble
I love tackling challenging mathematical problems and bringing solutions to life. This has led me from Black Box Modeling, Risk Analysis, and Portfolio Optimization in finance to developing and deploying new innovative techniques in ML modeling at scale in eCommerce. For example developing online recommender systems for product recommendation with constraints, or utilizing evolutionary NN\'s to deploy models globally (20+ countries) at scale which also solves the cold start problem.Along the way I’ve developed models as a sr. scientist, had multiple publications and patents, and have gone on to grow and lead a large team of scientists and engineers overseeing a portfolio of hundreds of ML models making recommendations for 400MM+ customers daily (worldwide) leveraging AWS technologies. This has helped me find some of my passions and key strengths, growing others, strategizing with business leadership on how to leverage ML, and continually learning new advances in the state of the art.

Our vision is to ensure every piece of customer feedback post-contact (3+ Billion) is addressed, routed, and resolved.
