Responsible for initial construction and continual facility oversight of a Sq. Ft,$200 million budget facility.* Establish and manage the program cadence.* Report program performance & maintain the program communication plan.* Ensure robust change management controls and forums.* Maintain and report program Earned Value Management status.* Support the implementation of program management standards and best practices.* Coordinate the baselines and associated change activity for program finances and resources.* Direct the facilitation and management of all change activity, risk and opportunity management and action item tracking.* Assist in the management of proposal activity within the Integrated Product Team.* Monitor weekly earned value management variance analysis and reporting, as required.* Lead the Integrated Product Team in the development of IPT- level presentations for both internal and external reviews, as well as support the Business Management Team, as required, with data for higher-level presentations.* Assist the Integrated Product Team in maintaining program data storage architecture for configuration control, specifically as it relates to baseline control.* Manage the flow down/flow up of all pertinent communication between the Integrated Product Team and the Business Management Team* Direct the deployment of standard tools and systems across the Integrated Product Team to effectively manage the program.
