Developed detailed audiences for the marketing campaign based directly on customer feedback for our products over the past 15 years. The audiences are used for driving social media outreach. Established an initiative to protect Wondrous Roots Intellectual Property. Initiated Trademark and Wordmark applications and have protected essential intellectual property as Trade Secrets.Responsible for marketing outreach and engagement with new customers through newly designed website and ecommerce store using BigCommerce SaaS model.
