I\'m slowly spinning up a small net zero home business. We\'re in design phase for the first house on an empty lot in northeast Grand Rapids.It will be built with lots of cutting-edge systems and be Phius Zero, Greenstar, and LEED certified.It will be powered by solar PV, batteries, and hopefully V2G EV chargers.The goal is optimized net zero living for the buyer, and grid services that benefit the larger community.We will be looking for partnerships with other builders, solar contractors, and subcontractors.We aim to launch an improved web site that tracks progress on the house by June 2023.
