As a member of the Diversey Research and Development Leadership Team, my responsibilities include providing technical input and guidance on Diversey\'s global microbiology programs, representing Diversey in the area of food safety to technical societies and trade associations, and assisting customers and sales force with food safety issues and concerns. Additional responsibilities include consulting on innovation projects and new product development in the area of microbiology, evaluating potential food safety/microbial control impacts of new products and innovations, and monitoring new food safety and microbiology technology trends and developments outside of Diversey. I also lead the Diversey R&D Technology Council which is responsible for ensuring that Diversey has the technical capability to deliver our business strategy.
