The role is key in managing:Development and implementation of IT Disaster Recovery (IT DR), Business Continuity (BCM) and Crisis Management (CM) frameworksProvision of subject matter expertise to support, maintain and enhance REA’s IT DR and BCM and CM frameworks.Creation and implement of ongoing awareness training for BCM, CM and IT DR activities Central coordination role in the event of a business disruption impacting more than one business unit Monitor emerging and actual events, escalate where appropriate and support any crisis management response.
