As a Human Resources Business Partner, I lead with empathy and often go above and beyond no matter the circumstance. I\'ve been lucky enough to provide family readiness trainings to senior leaders and their teams as well as managing programs enriching the lives of service members. Providing logistical and administrative support to the Family Readiness Group (FRG), a unit-based program affiliated with the National Guard. • Scheduling and hosting 3 - 5 FRG program trainings per week in addition to training volunteers & other resources. • Scheduling Annual Trainings & Conference. Traveling across the North Central Region (25 Units) 3-4 times per month. • Track training requirements and completion for FRG volunteer’s family readiness liaison and command leadership. • Manage overall volunteer utilization of joint services support portal, maintain and update volunteers record and hours. • Follow up on project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. • Compose emailed and telephone distribution list in accordance with command leadership and state guidance. • Overview vendor choices, approve budgets.
