Represent both buyers and sellers in facilitating the process to transfer real property.• Determine clients’ housing needs and arrange to show properties that meet their needs.• Writes and negotiates offers ensuring proper completion of all necessary documents • Ensure client’s understanding of contract• Schedules and/or coordinates inspection and appraisal• Performs market analysis to determine property’s list price• Market and advertise property by taking pictures, producing flyers, mailings, tours, and virtual tour.• Review home inspection reports and negotiates repairs and or re-negotiate contract as needed• Liaise, follow-up, and maintain contact with clients, agents, lenders, and attorneys as needed• Ensure all aspects of every deal is closely monitored and developments promptly communicated
