About Dale Callahan

I\'m an engineering faculty member at UAB where I run an executive graduate engineering program. Every week I\'m working technical professionals who are excellent at what they do but have never been taught how to package and monetize that expertise. Outside the classroom I work directly with engineers and technical specialists who want to build an independent consulting business. Not someday. Now. Most of the people I work with have the same problem. They have deep valuable skills but can\'t articulate what they sell, who it\'s for, or how to find clients. They\'re the best kept secret in their field. That\'s the gap I close.
