ABOUT DALE WHITE

As a consultant, I specialise in supporting clients to define and implement strategies to deliver more efficient and effective operations, that enhance service delivery and improve competitive position. I build and lead multi-discipline teams to bring the best capabilities to clients operations that can maximise the delivery of business benefits. With a COO/Operations Director background, I have strengths in change management, business culture, service improvement/diversification, leadership, programme management and commercial management. My operations experience includes the functions of commercial/finance, HR, transport/logistics, security, aerodrome operations, protocol, infrastructure/estates, catering and medical. Operations improvements necessitates change. I manage the firmer, project focused facets of change and implementation together with the softer, people focused aspects that ensure the change is accepted and endures. I am an experienced innovator and communicator with stakeholder management and interpersonal skills honed in the Royal Household. A first career as an officer in the Royal Air Force helped me to establish a focus on resilient delivery and an empowering leadership style with self-awareness at its heart.
