    Responsible for ensuring a safe workplace that protects both employees and equipment through compliance with Federal, State and local regulations and Company Procedures. Extensive experience with oversight of Environmental, Health, and Safety ensuring compliance with Boeing, the Air Force, OSHA, Air Force Occupational Safety and Health (AFOSH) and California Occupational Safety and Health (CALOSHA) requirements. Work directly with and provide support to Boeing and Air Force management, employees, suppliers, and customers to ensure compliance with all EHS protocols. Proactively communicate with regulatory agencies, Governmental Affairs and governmental officials on a regular basis. During my ten years working at Vandenberg Air Force Base, supporting Minuteman and Peacekeeper launch operations, I was the site manager responsible for all operations on Launch Facility number six. Lead and worked with Boeing employees and Air Force customers engaged in the assembly, disassembly, installation, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, modification, demonstration, technical order verification, configuration management and testing of the Minuteman weapon system and engineering test equipment. Manager for Boeing Commercial Aircraft EHS Renton, WA; responsible for managing 31 union represented employees and 2 temporary K level managers of the Confined Space Entry Monitoring Team. The team was responsible for monitoring and auditing all confined space entries for the Boeing 737 production system.
