Working within the luxury sector for both companies our aim was to deliver exceptional guest experiences whilst exceeding set revenue targets. I assisted in the relaunch of the Silversea ships in the fleet including recruiting and training new staff to ensure revenue was at the forefront of each operation. Event planning and execution is also a huge part of the role needing a keen eye for detail.
