ABOUT DALE SHIPMAN
As the VP of Operations at Grounded Lithium Corp, I leverage my years of petroleum engineering expertise to manage all field operations, testing, and process design toward full-scale development implementation and attain commercial lithium-from-brine extraction in Saskatchewan. I engage industry-leading technologies for the implementation of best-in-class Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE) and optimize all associated designs and costs for commercial development. I have a broad spectrum of skillsets in energy engineering, including exploitation, production, reservoir, operations, A&D evaluations, and project management. I have led teams developing light oil and liquids-rich gas assets, reaching boe/d and managing capital budgets. I have also developed 200+ horizontal wells, guided a $427 MM asset sale of non-core assets, and grew Cardium light oil production from to boepd over 4 years. I am passionate about mentoring and coaching technical and operating personnel, building cooperative relationships with regulatory and joint interest parties, and representing the company with land owners and private equity firms.
