Retired from professional activities with BCW Sports at the end of 2020 after 40+ years in the sports industry, serving in leadership roles with Indiana University, USA Track & Field, Indiana Sports Corporation, TSE Consulting, Burson Marsteller, and Burson Cohn & Wolfe. In 2017, BCW Sports was acquired by WPP, the world\'s largest public relations and communications company, and, as a major shareholder in the consultancy, I was pleased to finish my professional career in 2020 facilitating the transition during the earn-out period.Now, serving as a volunteer with World Aquatics (formerly FINA), the International Federation for Aquatics, as Treasurer, Advisor to the Development Commission, Chairman of the Compensation Committee, Chairman of the Buisness and Investment Committee, and World Aquatics Bureau Coordinator for the Technical Swimming Committee. I was Technical Delegate (Event Director) for Swimming competition for the Tokyo Olympic Games, after serving in the same role for three previous Olympic Games (Beijing, London, and Rio de Janeiro).
